The World Bands & Venues Project

    This project was created and developed by Dave Hughes, over a number of years with much patience and great passion.  

  It is now available on a CD, packed with info, at an incredibly low price!

A valuable resource for bands to check on a name they have chosen..!!

A Super CD with one of the largest databases on bands, venues and loads of other info.... A REAL MUST-HAVE for real music lovers!

Here are some figures (but bear in mind that this is work-in-progress project):

200,000+ different groups/bands listed
160,000+ different names in this project. covering a period from the early 1960 to the present day, and all types of music are included.

venues listed in England,
11,000+ venues worldwide.

23,272 individuals with a list of bands and musicians that they have been associated with. Also included are over 6,094 record labels and some of the artists that had recordings released by them.

This project consists (so far) of 1,120 folders and 11,676 files and is approx. 384 Mb in size.
